The Monday 4:00pm Group Mat Class has been slow this summer and I am assuming this is because of summer vacations (I have had to cancel myself on that occasion) and other activities.
This is a reminder that there is an All-Level Group Class at the Winchester Country Club on Mondays from 4:00-5:00pm.
Membership is NOT required, but members do receive a discounted price per class. Pricing is as follows:
Per Class: $15 ($10 for members)
6-Week Bundle: $85
This is not like a gym-membership Pilates class. Glowing Oasis Pilates is an intimate, small group setting where relationships are developed between student and instructor to reach one’s health and fitness goals. If you are considering Pilates but do not like the idea of a group setting, private sessions are also available in-home (throughout Loudoun County & Winchester) and at the Country Club.
